From the M6

Leave the M6 at junction 17, joining the A534 heading west towards Sandbach. Follow the road for aproximately 3.5 miles, going straight over 2 roundabouts, and you will arrive at Albion Lock on your right hand side.

If you only knew the name Sandbach as a service station on the M6, you’ll be amazed at how attractive this Cheshire market town really is.

There’s pretty history everywhere, from the ancient Saxon crosses on the cobbled market square to the stunning black-and-white Old Hall Hotel, and from St Mary’s Church with its “walk through” tower to the lovely red-brick Sandbach School.

Sandbach is the town of choice for thousands of people who work in the conurbations around Stoke, Manchester and Liverpool.  But you can also stay here to shop thanks to its compact but comprehensive shopping area, and make sure you don’t miss the Sandbach Flashes, a series of pools that are a local haven for wildlife.

Sandbach has four primary schools and, unusually, two single-sex state schools at secondary level.  There’s also a Sandbach School of Adult Education.

Personalise your home

Style your new home

PersonaliseYourHomeSmallDid you know you could personalise your new home even before you move in?

Once you've reserved, your Sales Executive will arrange a Choices and Options Meeting, where you’ll get your opportunity to choose from a wide range of upgrades and optional extras.

You could choose tiles, flooring, kitchens, white goods, lighting… and many more features and fittings.

Then all that’s left for you to do is to move into your new home with everything already installed and working!

Easymover is available here, which means you could provisionally reserve a new Taylor Wimpey home at this development - even if you haven't sold your existing property.

And that's not all. With easymover, we'll make your house move as stress free as possible. We'll liaise with your estate agent on your behalf, we'll pay their fees and we'll manage the whole house selling process - making your life so much easier! Take a look at our easymover page for more information.

Terms and conditions apply to the Easymover scheme.

Help to Buy: Equity Loan

The Government backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme is available here. The scheme is open to both first time buyers and home movers alike, and means you'll need just 5% deposit to buy a new home.

With Help to Buy, the Government will lend you up to 20% of the value of your new build home via an equity loan. You will need to secure up to a 75% mortgage and put down a 5% deposit. You’ll own 100% of your home from day one.

Find out more about how the Help to Buy scheme works.

Help to Buy: Equity Loan – Terms and conditions apply. Applicants should seek independent financial advice, and get information and guidance on applying for a Help to Buy: Equity Loan at www.helptobuy.gov.uk.
