We have proudly donated £1,000 to Bramley Primary School, which held the area’s annual village fete on Saturday 15th June. The circus-themed day included activities for all the family, such as circus entertainment, a bouncy castle and much more. For peckish attendees, a barbecue, ice cream stall and bar was available to feast upon at the event.
Our donation contributed towards the running costs for the event and also to the fundraising on the day. In total, the amount raised from the fete was £6,000, which will go towards the refurbishment of the school’s outdoor facilities.
Christine Delve, Chair of Bramley School Association, said: “We really appreciated the £1,000 donation from Taylor Wimpey for our Bramley Village Fete. The funds we raised on the day will be put towards regenerating the outside areas of the school including an outdoor classroom and allotment. Without the help from local businesses we would not be able to fund the event and future projects. The day went brilliantly and were very excited to see everyone from the local area attending.”
